How to find your QR ticket

Where your QR lives

Tickets carry a signed QR payload. Door staff should scan the live ticket — not a random screenshot from chat.

If you have an account

1. Sign in
2. Open My Tickets
3. Select the event and show the QR at the door

If you checked out as a guest

1. Open the confirmation email from checkout
2. Follow the ticket access link, or use Support lookup with your email and ticket/order reference
3. Keep brightness up and avoid cropped screenshots when possible

Door tip

Hosts validate signed QRs. Reused images and fake screenshots fail validation.
