How to create and publish an event

Set the room, ticket tiers, and policies — then publish when your checklist is green.

From draft to live

  1. Open Host events and create a draft
  2. Add venue, start time, cover, and description
  3. Configure ticket types, pricing, and inventory
  4. Publish refund and ticket policies before sale
  5. Go live when the publish checklist is complete

After publish

Share the official event URL only. Prefer on-platform Ambassadors and sponsorships so conversions stay auditable.
